Nobody sawa th#*g.
Private internet, mail & AI — paid by the byte.
Independent nodes. Keys that never leave your device. Every cent sits in an on-chain escrow you can audit — not in somebody's wallet.
Every product is a different pattern of the same idea: you pay for exactly what you use, and nobody in the middle gets to keep a copy.
The website is only the shop. Tunnels go device-to-node, messages are sealed on your device, and money moves through a contract anyone can read.

What happens to your money?
Velumtools is testnet software on Robinhood Chain. Nothing here is financial advice, and test tokens have no value.
—
Most “decentralized” privacy apps ask you to send money to a treasury wallet, then trust a database to credit you. If the company disappears, so does your balance.
Velumtools doesn't hold your money at all. You lock a deposit in the PaymentChannels contract for one node. Your browser creates a throwaway session key and, as data or tokens flow, signs tiny cumulative receipts — vouchers — with it. No wallet pop-ups while you browse.
The node redeems the latest voucher whenever it wants; the 5% protocol fee is split out on-chain at that moment. When you're done, the rest comes back to you — instantly if the node settles, or automatically-claimable after expiry if it doesn't. Nobody can take more than the voucher you signed.

Meet Vel
Velumtools. Velum means veil.
It keeps things.
Vel is what the protocol looks like from the outside: a shape under a cloth, two lights, nothing else to read. Move your cursor — Vel is watching you, not your traffic. Click it.Tap it — Vel is watching you, not your traffic.

Operators
Got a spare box? Be a city.
- 1
Stake
Lock 10,000 VELUM in NodeRegistry. It is your bond — slashable if you cheat, returned after a 7-day unbond.
- 2
Serve
The agent attaches WireGuard peers or streams an Ollama model, meters usage and pauses anyone who stops signing.
- 3
Redeem
Vouchers are redeemed straight from escrow to your address. 95% to you, 5% protocol fee, split by the contract.
